Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information: In compliance with the prescriptions provided by the new code regarding the protection of personal data, the following is communicated. The data processing is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus protecting your privacy and your rights. The data provided to the site www.makeupshopping.it on the occasion of contractual relationships aimed at the presentation of offers, or in the formation of contractual relationships, are the object of computer or manual processing for the purposes of: a) obligations connected with: civil and tax regulations and accounting; to the administrative management of the relationship; compliance with contractual obligations; support and information regarding the services you have acquired; b) information on future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and our external consultants. With respect to the data controller it is always possible to exercise the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, reproduced here in its entirety: "1. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data b) of the purposes and methods of the processing c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments d) of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or appointees 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data, b) cancellation, transformation one in anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right. 4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication ". Upon receipt of this information notice, consent will be given to the processing of personal data as per point a), unless expressly expressed dissent to be sent in writing.
