Developed through two progressive and consecutive didactic modules (Beauty Advanced and Pro-Fashion), the Course provides a training that, starting from the solid academic bases with theoretical lessons, practical exercises and direct approach with the Professionals of the sector, gives the student the culture and the technique necessary to carry out a professional, sophisticated and quality contemporary make-up, addressing all the stylistic and technical aspects related to Professional Fashion Makeup and Visual Communication.
Manual technique, stylistic needs, the organization of work and workstations, the knowledge of the key figures with whom you will come into contact at work, are just some of the decisive points that will be explored by the teachers active in the field, who will put to they place their professional experience on the subject for an in-depth contact with a fascinating world, made up of rules and historical canons but sometimes even in sharp contrast with the philosophy of beauty as we are used to know it. The educational program also includes notions of Cosmetology to work competently and safely on all skin types, as well as introductory lessons on Hair Styling in order to acquire all the essential elements to work with competence and professionalism at 360 °. Further technical and relational aspects related to the profession of Make-Up Artist will be treated and analyzed with a module related to Communication and Social Media Marketing, which is essential to start or strengthen one's professional career with all the key elements to present oneself and present oneself correctly, effective and professional to Agencies, Companies, Editorials and Photographers and to be protagonists in the demanding and competitive current market.

The Professional Specialization Module
in Fashion Make-Up also provides, in an educational excursus with theoretical lessons in the classroom and practical exercises on models, all the fundamental tools to bring the students to acquire the necessary skills to interpret, through face makeup, the mood of the fashion shows and of photographic services, training professionals capable of mastering the dynamics of Fashion Business with complete skills, ranging from knowledge of professional dynamics to the study of different techniques and styles of makeup, from learning and understanding moodboards to different light settings they regulate every work context, ready to work in symbiosis with Art Director, Stylist and Photographers for the creation of a look coherent with the message one wants to convey in fashion events, in catalog images, lookbook, advertising, and in fashion editorials.

The trends of the moment will be illustrated and analyzed in depth, the looks that have made the history of fashion, the evolutionary timing and the background, interpreted during the lessons and also through the realization of a photo shoot on the set with Photographer, Stylist and Professional model on concept realized by the students, with the production of professional shots complete with post-production useful to create their own photo book and / or increase their personal portfolio.

The educational program also includes the integration of special events with the presence and participation in the classroom of Fashion Make-Up Artist and Hair Stylist of international fame and experience, Fashion Photographers, Stylists, Fashion Designers, Brand Ambassadors, Make-Up Influencers , owners and / or representatives of manufacturers of Make-Up and Cosmetics products, who will meet and interact with the students in specific lessons, and the possibility for the students to live in Team and directly "in the field" a "Professional Experience" in the Milan Fashion Week course - September 2019, an integral part of the PRO-FASHION training course as the main professional reference event in the Capital City of Fashion.

Additional educational texts on Makeup, Fashion, History of Costume, Photography, Cosmetology, Communication, as well as all the most important magazines of the sector, are always available for students, free of charge and upon reservation. In the lessons, both specific products for professional make-up and those that are more commercially known, including bio and vegan make-up are always used, for maximum educational and training effectiveness according to the respective specific characteristics that differentiate them (composition, INCI, performance, application methods, scope of use).

Requirements for the access of non-EU foreign students in Italy

For the admission to the Make-Up Course of foreign students residing in non-EU countries in addition to their valid personal documents you need a passport or other travel document and the entry visa (for visit and / or tourism, for work , for study and / or research, by family, etc.), which must be requested from the Italian embassy or consulate in the country of origin or permanent residence of the non-EU foreign citizen. Entry into Italy is allowed with short-stay visas, valid for up to 3 months, and for long-term stays involving the granting of a long-term residence permit with the same motivation as the visa. For stays of less than three months, visas issued by diplomatic authorities of other states with which Italy has ratified agreements or on the basis of Community rules are considered valid.
