With this form, registration is required for the course indicated above which will be held at the headquarters of BFA - MILANO in Via Durini, 9 in Milan.
To this end, we inform you that you have paid the deposit amount provided by Credit Card / PayPal or bank transfer, with the remaining balance to be settled in the same manner by the day before the Course or, in case of impossibility, directly in office before the beginning of the lesson.

The submission of the form without the corresponding payment of the planned advance payment does not result in enrollment in the courses. Failure to attend the lessons will result in the loss of the registration fee.
